Polycarbonate

MAKROLON® POLYCARBONATE is a plastic material, substitute of glass and of metacrylate. There are two types of this material:

  • ALVEOLUS MAKROLON MULTI UV® POLYCARBONATE extruded alveolus panels made of 2 or 3 sheets, gap between them
  • MONOLITHIC MAKROLON® POLYCARBONATE solid sheets
ALVEOLUS MAKROLON MULTI UV® POLYCARBONATE, with U.V. protection on both sides, is the best material to be used to build any kind of roofing, from greenhouses to industrial sheds, from platform roofs to sport centres. Readily available in the following sizes:
  • 3000 x 2100 mm or 6000 x 2100 mm, 4.5 / 6 / 10 / 16 / mm thick
  • Opal and bronze color sheets available
  • We also have accessories and finishings
 MONOLITHIC MAKROLON GP® POLYCARBONATE thanks to its shock-resistant features is used for safety windows, cabins for machine tool and ground moving machines, and whenever you need reliable unbreakability. Readily available in sheets of the following sizes:
  • 3050 x 2050 mm, 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 8 / 9.5 / 12 mm thick
  • 3050 x 2050 mm, 3 / 4 / 5 mm thick, Opal or Bronze color
  • 2050 x 1250 mm, 0.75 / 1 / 1.5 mm thick
  • We also have availability of AR 8099® antiscratch sheets, from 3 to 12 mm thick, 2000 x 3000 mm sheets
  • MAKROLON UV® sheets, with U.V. protection on both sides, from 2 to 8 mm thick, 2050 x 3050 mm sheets
